Global Crockpot: Middle-East; the Never Ending Story.

fileId:3096224744279661;size:inter;

1948 was the year when the region of Middle-East gave way to the state of Israel. It was “the land without people, for people without a land” (Roger Garaudy) however it resulted in the relocation of about two thirds of the Arab population. West bank, Gaza and Jerusalem came under Israeli military occupation in 1967 followed by a slow yet effective takeover of the land and constant destruction of Arab homes under the pretext of illegal settlements .

Because of military superiority, Israel continued to put curbs and conditions on Palestinian Arabs including indiscriminate killing of civilians and young ones.  This civil war gave way to the rise of several militant groups against Israeli forces which at that time were considered the best way to tackle the problem of human rights violation by Israel.

Fibroids treatment in middle pregnancy

Generally speaking, close monitor are suggested for women patients with uterine fibroids in their middle pregnancy and no special fibroids treatment needed regardless of the sizes and numbers of the fibroids. However, if the uterine fibroids had done some influence on the fetal development or symptoms such as red degeneration, fibroids torsion or necrosed fibroids and some compression symptoms found, they are suggested to receive fibroids-removal surgery(focused ultrasound surgery), and which should be done before 5-month pregnancy.

Will Gaza Action Cause Wider Middle East Conflict?

Many of the so called "experts" have suggested the Israeli actions in Gaza over the past few weeks might lead to a wider conflict in the greater Middle East. To date, I see no evidence of this fear being realized, and in fact, just the opposite seems to be true.

While no Arab nations are actively involved in aiding Israel's efforts, both Jordan and Egypt seem to be tacitly in agreement with the policy, and if not in agreement, willing to accept the action as being necessary.

Yes, there are pro Palestinian demonstrations in both countries, however the leaders of these nations have done their best to insure while the fighting continues, their borders are not used to resupply or give refuge to those sufferring from the battle.

The ONLY country that I believe has ANY interest in seeing the conflict widen beyond Gaza, is Iran. It serves no purpose, from a strategic, or political perspective, for any of the Arab countries to officially aid the people calling themselves Palestinians.

Middle East Map of the Future

December 8, 2011. Mecca. Five years ago at the peak of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, Armed Forces Journal published a map and article written by author Ralph Peters. The map gained international attention, as it detailed what a future map of the Middle East would look like, with or without mankind’s assistance. Based on thousands of years of tribal and linguistic ties, Peters designed a map that aroused not condemnation and cries of nation-building, but instead a realistic discussion on the future of Middle East peace. With the US having realigned the playing field in the region, take another look at the future Middle East map, whether we like it or not. Click on the following link to read the full article and view the map.
